ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Set-Up:  $45.00 per digitized logo – each additional location $45.00.  If you choose a stock embroidery design and order more than 24 pieces, there will be no setup charge.  If under 24 pieces, there is a $10.00 charge.

 

Digitizing: Minimum charge $55.00 for a typical logo.  Prices vary based on stitch count, complexity and the number of colors used.  ALL NEW ORDERS MUST HAVE DESIGNS SEWN OUT AND APPROVED PRIOR TO PRODUCTION.

 

Artwork:  E-mail artwork to artwork@creationstationpromos.com.  Send the highest quality possible in .JPG, .AI, .EPS, .CDR, .DOC, .PDF.  Others may be acceptable depending on quality.  However, vector format is preferred and will not cost as much to digitize.  We will give you an estimate of the digitizing cost within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

 

Tape Edits: $25.00 when we have to change a current logo

 

Personalization: One line $6.00, second line additional $3.00

 

Hat Backs:  Minimum charge $3.30 when doing the front (under 4,000 stitches)

 

Bags:  Based on difficulty and material, a minimum additional charge of $1.00 per piece

 

Metallic Thread:  Additional $0.05 per thousand stitches

 

Stabilizer:  No extra charge for Solvy or other top quality materials.

 

Individual Bagging:  $0.25 each; we supply the bags.

 

Terms:  All purchases are pre-paid with garment purchase, and COD on customer provided garments.  We accept checks, cash and credit or debit cards through PayPal (for secure on-line payments): you do not need an account to pay through PayPal.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping fees are based on weight and zip code.  We use FedEx rates, and then add $6.25 for handling.  We also will ship USPS if requested.  Please indicate to us if we are shipping to a business or residence and which method is preferred.  We are not responsible for shipments lost in transit; therefore, shipping insurance requests must be on purchase order.

 

Spoilage:  We allow for 2% damage, although our normal spoilage is insignificant.  We credit for any spoilage in excess of one piece of 2% - whichever is greater

Please send us the highest DPI (quality) or vector based art that you have. We prefer .AI, .EPS or .CDR files that are not placed images. Please remember to convert all text to outlines or curves as opposed to fonts.

If you do not have any art, there will be a minimum $60.00 art charge to create vector art for you. We will need a sketch, or sample from you to work off.

TRAILER AND VEHICLE WRAPS

Trailer and Vehicle Wraps are printed on outdoor durable removable, repositionable, or permenant adhesive material manufactured specifi cally for vehicle use. Transit material can be removed for up to six months without adhering to the vehicles paint or leaving a messy glue residue. Lamination and application tape can be applied for ease of installation.
